AUTHOR'S POV

Rehaan gently lifted her nearly lifeless body with one arm, feeling the chill of the air and the fear that had caused her hairs to stand on end.
His gaze fixed on her face as if searching for answers to the unspoken questions in his heart. Without hesitation, he carried her to the bedroom and laid her cold, ice-like form on the bed, covering her with a blanket.
He turned up the heater and stood still for nearly an hour, staring deeply into her eyes, hoping to glimpse her soul. As if waiting for the answers to come out of her.
The subtle twitching of her eyelids and the nervous lines on her forehead seemed to tell a story of their own.
After an hour, he checked her by touching her fingers and feet, but they remained as cold as before. Taking her feet in his hands, he rubbed them gently for half an hour, managing to raise her body temperature just a little.
He finally stood up from the bed and walked out of the room, taking one last glance at her before turning around and closing the door behind him.
He made his way swiftly to the reading room of the villa, a place that had been untouched for nearly eight years since his father had gone abroad.
Eight years of mystery and unspoken truths.
As he entered, the room greeted him with a thick layer of dust, and his gaze fell upon a wall lined with books.
Rehaan approached the wall with deliberate, measured steps, pausing at a distance that felt just right, from the bookshelf.
He closed his eyes, allowing the whispers of the unseen to guide him. With a gentle flick of his index finger, he summoned a book from the shelf, watching it gracefully slip from his grasp and land softly at his feet with a muted thud.
The moment it touched the ground, the atmosphere around him began to warp and twist, the world spinning in a dizzying 360-degree rotation, places and thing revolving as if it is collapsing on its own
As if the surrounding is getting converted in its new own form itself.
As he slowly opened his eyes, he found himself surrounded by a vast, endless darkness that made him feel both powerfull and heavy at the same time.
Beneath him was a small, circular patch of ground, a safe spot in the midst of the surrounding void.
A sly smile appeared on his face as he enjoyed the feeling of the emptiness enveloping him—a strange comfort in the nothingness that felt oddly empowering.
He knew perfectly what he was doing the shine in his eyes were glistening while his smirk grew bigger.
With one hand casually tucked in his pocket, he lifted the other with a graceful confidence, tracing a sharp square in the air as if weaving together the very threads of reality, with utmost speed and perfection.
Suddenly, bright crimson sparks shot from his fingertips, dancing through the shadows and casting an enchanting glow all around him. Creating a reddish glow in the darkened void and emptiness could be seen all over around.
Soon, with a move he pushed his hand into the square he had created,as if cathing something inside it feeling the thrilling rush of powerful energy coursing through him.
As he pulled his hand back, he stepped forward, his left foot going into the emptiness with no flinch of fear or terror in his eyes or body.
In that electrifying moment, a surge of light and energy enveloped him, the type of energy which could make anyone lose their eyesight if seen for more than a moment.
As he opened his eyes he felt solid ground beneath him once more.
He entered a mysterious realm, choaked in darkness and shadow—a place suspended between heavenly marvel and haunting fear. Every grain, stone and pebble of this landscape seemed to tell stories of that unfateful night, echoing like a forgotten corner of hell.
While Rehaan stood transformed at a place, a fearsome figure engulfed in a surreal realm where Menace and power came together inside him.
Looking like deadly human beast.
His nerves burned with fierce intensity, blood-red veins pulsing beneath his skin, hidden by swirling shades of red and black.
As if they will burst now and the blood will cover up the surface.
He had turned into a mystic, creature from the shadows. The familiar face everyone knew had disappeared, replaced by a haunting figure.
His back arched in a strange way, with bright red veins sticking out like demonic tendrils, giving him a creepy, otherworldly presence. His aura felt heavy, as if he carried the very essence of a terrifying demon.
His head hung low, shrouded in shadows, as strands of dark hair cascaded over his features, obscuring his eyes and lending him an air of dangerous mystery.
From a side view, he resembled a specter cloaked in smoke, cementing the impression that he was no longer merely human, but rather a harbinger of chaos and fear.
He looked like a mixture of all the deadly creatures of the legends.
"Look who's back in the REALM OF NIGHTMARE after eight long years—the CHOSEN SOVEREIGN OF THE NIGHTMARES, the one who hasn't breathed the air of this realm since the gem slipped from his grasp." A man with green eyes, sharp and venomous, flashed a grin from the shadows.
Rehaan turned his head to face him, a smirk creeping across his face. "Ah, so THE ROYAL BASTARD... Mr. Akshit is gracing us with his presence today,"
he shot back, his eyes glowing a blood-red, unlike the warm brown seen before, now flickering with a fiery orange around the pupils. like fire blooming in a dry ash.
"The Sovereign has finally returned after eight long years! We can't let this opportunity pass us by to see this abandoned place come to life," said a striking figure who stepped out from behind Akshit. It was Shaurya, his purple eyes gleaming with a hint of mystery.
He had a strong, powerful presence, the true protector who had kept this realm together during Rehaan's absence.
"So, you really went back on your promise to Mr. Agnihotri. Ever since the gem caused destruction in this realm, you searched everywhere for it, but it seems you couldn't find it. You promised Mr. Agnihotri you wouldn't return until you had destroyed that gem yourself,"
Shaurya remarked, his tone steady yet tense. Rehaan moved closer, feeling the weight of the moment, and replied,
"Over all these years, I've realized that the gem lost its power the moment it brought destruction to our home. This place cannot remain silent any longer. Everyone, get ready—the time has come to unleash our fire and magic and bring it back to life!"
